AOL User Access Solution

We have many reports of many AOL users (specifically version 9.0.1 and possibly others) having trouble logging onto the site or getting into chat. We believe that this is due to conflict with Internet Explorer (both versions 6 and 7) and AOL service accessing the site. We have been able to get many of our AOL users back online by having them use Firefox instead. Firefox can be downloaded here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
